Sport Loft Ski Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

 

Personal checks are accepted but please allow extra time for the check to clear before your order will be shipped.  Otherwise, a certified check or a bank check will be accepted.

 

Special orders are final sales.  You will be notified prior to your order being processes if it is a special order.

 

All other products that are returned must be in their original packaging and original condition, and must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

Before a return can be authorized we ask that you contact our customer service department at
sales @ sportloftskishop.com.  Please provide us with your full name, phone number, order number, description of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.  We will then instruct you on how to proceed with the return.

 

Sport Loft Ski Shop is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged on their way back.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Most items are shipped UPS ground.  Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.  Pricing is based on the cost of the order except for certain large/heavy items, of which a different rate may apply.  Pricing for standard shipping for most items is as follows:

$30.00-59.99 -     $13.99

$60.00-99.99 -     $16.99

$100.00-199.99 - $19.99

$200.00-299.99 - $24.99

$300.00-499.99 - $28.99

$500.00 + -          $35.99+

 

For rush shipping (1-3 business days) add an additional $10 to standard shipping price.
